  • Are there any fees associated with selling on Mobile InterPay?
    No, there are no associated fees for selling on Mobile InterPay.
  • What is the Merchant area ?
    The Merchant area is simply your account. It allows you to manage all your operations on the Mobile InterPay Marketplace. Create and customise your shop on Mobile InterPay. Add or delete counters. Track your activity. Track your payments.
  • What products and services can I sell?
    Product categories available on Mobile InterPay include ready-to-wear clothing, IT equipment, office and stationery supplies, as well as digital download products. You'll also find cosmetics, electrical goods, groceries (dry and fresh, excluding alcohol) and takeaway restaurants. In terms of services, you can offer car hire, hotel reservations, a variety of services, beauty treatments and services, long-distance transport tickets and gym memberships.
  • How can I add a product to my shop on Mobile InterPay ?
    Once you have created your Merchant account, go to the "My shop" tab. First choose the category to which your product belongs, then add a photo of the product. Enter the name of the product, its price and a detailed description. When you confirm, your product will instantly be put online and ready for sale.
  • What are my commitments when I sell on Mobile InterPay ?
    In order to maintain a level of service equivalent to that currently offered by Mobile InterPay, the sellers (Merchants) undertake to respect several criteria. You can consult these commitments in Mobile Interpay's general terms and conditions of sale, accessible at any time on the Mobile InterPay website and application. "General terms ans conditions of sale"
  • How do I delete my Merchant account on Mobile InterPay ?
    You can delete your Merchant account at any time, without obligation. To do so, go to your Merchant account, click on the "Account" tab and select "Delete my account". Please note that your Merchant space will remain accessible until all paid orders have been delivered. This will allow you to continue managing your relationship with your customers.
  • How do I create a Mobile InterPay customer account ?
    To create a customer account with Mobile InterPay, please follow these steps : 1. Download the application HERE 2. Click on « I buy in my country and elsewhere ». 3. Click on « Create a customer account » . 4. Select your country of residence. 5. Start your registration by entering your personal details, including a telephone number, a password, an e-mail address and your first and last name. Be careful not to use a telephone number that is already associated with a Mobile InterPay account. If the account already exists, click on "To log in " or "Forgot your password"
  • How do I change my account details ?
    To modify your customer account information, such as your surname, first name, e-mail address, telephone number or postal address, you can send us an e-mail to the following address: mobile-interpay@mobileinterpay.com. In the subject line of your e-mail, please indicate "Modification of account information". In the body of your e-mail, please indicate the information you wish to change. In addition to the option of contacting us by e-mail, you can also change your account information via WhatsApp. To do this, send us a message on +33 7 85 87 09 27. Clearly indicate the information you wish to change, such as your first and last name, e-mail address, telephone number or postal address. telephone number or postal address. We will process your request as quickly as possible and inform you of the change to your details by e-mail or WhatsApp.
  • How do I track my delivery?
    Once you have selected and paid for your order, go to the "My items" tab to track its status. You will see that your order is either "Pending" or "History".

    You can delete your Merchant account at any time, without obligation. To do so, go to your account, click on the "Account" tab and select "Delete my account".
  • How do I create a Merchant account on Mobile InterPay?
    To create a seller (Merchant) account on Mobile InterPay, please follow these steps: 1. Download the application HERE. 2. Select your country of residence. 3. Complete your registration by providing your personal details, including your telephone number, a password, an e-mail address, surname, first name, possibly a trade register, a business name, your postal address (town, address and/or district name), and specify whether you are a merchant or an association. Be careful not to use a telephone number already associated with a Mobile InterPay account. If the account already exists, click on " To log in " or " Forgot your password ". 4. Fill in the "Know Your Business" (KYB) section with the information required to verify your business activity. 5. Configure a means of access by choosing between using fingerprints or a PIN code to secure access to your account. 6. Register your cash-out account by using your mobile phone to set up a Mobile Wallet, or register a bank account by entering your IBAN.
