What is Click & Collect?
Click & Collect is a shopping feature that allows customers to browse and purchase products online through our marketplace, then collect their purchases from the merchant's physical store. This combines the convenience of online shopping with the immediacy of in-store pickup.
How It Works
Step 1: Online Purchase & First OTP
After the customer completes their payment online, an OTP (One-Time Password) is sent to their phone.
Step 2: Store Visit
The customer visits the merchant's physical store and enters the OTP in the merchant's ElyonPay app.
Step 3: Order Verification
The transaction appears on the merchant's screen, confirming the customer's purchase.
Step 4: Final Verification
A second OTP is sent to the customer, which they provide to the merchant to complete the delivery.
Step 5: Product Handover
The merchant hands over the product to the customer after verifying the second OTP.
Step 6: Payment Settlement
The transaction is completed, and the system automatically pays the merchant.
